Switzerland is overshadowed by its near neighbours France, Italy, Austria and Germany when it comes to food and drink and yet our country nurtures a wide and absorbing range of local cuisines, while still sticking close to its rural and Alpine roots.

 

In AFRICANSWISS an open plan kitchen allows clients to view the ongoing preparation of food. No aritificial ingredients or frozen convinient food is used. Swiss style bread is baked daily. Delicacies, such as Swiss Cheese Fondue made from imported real Swiss cheeses or rare calf sausages are also found on the menue.
